Mehl's Gluten-Free Flour
- Mehl's Gluten-Free Flour is a gluten-free flour that doesn't sacrifice taste or functionality to give what we at Mehl's believe is the best gluten-free flour on the market today. Our family at Mehl's all have celiac disease and, if our relatives are included, we have 18 people who have either celiac disease or a gluten intolerance. We decided we wanted people to not have to settle for cheap ingredients and flour that doesn't function like a flour should. Use your grandma's recipe like we did using our great grandma's recipe from 1907 for our wonderful gingersnap cookies or find a recipe that you like and use Mehl's Flour cup for cup and see what you get.
